I like to get to know a bit about you, your background, your goals and most importantly figure out whether or not I think you are the right client for me and I'm the right coach for you
STEP 2 - SIGN UP TO YOUR 12 WEEK PROGRAMME
Should we be a good fit then we will get cracking on our 12 week journey together working to achieve your goals.
STEP 3 - YOUR PROGRAMME
Over the course of the 12 weeks I will help you with various aspects in relation to you goals and lifestyle but here are the main topics that we will address:
1. Mindset - Most people fail their goals due to a lack of mental focus and drive, I will help you not be one of those people and keep a positive and constant mindset
2. Physical - I will develop a personalised training plan relevant to your goals and one that fits within your busy schedule.
3. Nutrition - Nutrition is so important, eating quality food and the right amount alone can generate amazing changes. I will give you nutritional guidance throughout to help optimise your results.
4. Accountability - We will hold weekly 30min video calls to record stats, talk about how the week was, set a weekly focus and anything else which can help! It is proven that accountability = greater performance and outcome.
5. Struggles - No ones journey comes without its struggles and I will look to help you address these struggles and find ways to overcome them.

At the end of the day I am here to get you results and I will do all I can to help you achieve them.
